• To deliver services and meet client expectations and firm's delivery standards
• Maintain and develop key client relationships
• Maintain regular contact and keep client informed at all times
• Ensure that clients are aware of all firm's services
• Liaise with other disciplines
• Lead personal and professional development issues (with partners) for department personnel
• Assist in recruitment, training and coaching of staff
• Manage department human resource issues (with HR director support)
• Assist in recruiting staff
• Perform line appraisals
• You will have demonstrated strong interpersonal and client relationship skills, as well as the ability to lead and motivate audit teams. The ability to meet deadlines and provide quality client service is essential. You will need to have a strong grasp of technical and business issues, industry trends and practices and the ability to transform these into value added services to clients.
• Remain technically up to date with company, tax and other relevant legislation
Ensure computer skills are developed and maintained
• Exceptional people management skills a distinct advantage
• Keen to establish one self at Senior Manager level with a view to Partnership in due course

Qualifications
• At least 3 years General Practice experience with proven portfolio management and business development, preferably with strong Corporate Services/Audit bias
• Graduate calibre 2:1 or above
• ACA, ACCA
